Spoke to the ring back service. Dr. Mitchell responded within 30minutes. Discussed my recurring ear problem . Was invited to the surgery, was asked if I minded being examined by a trainee student first,then Dr Mitchell came in on the examination. After a thorough examination she suggested a course of treatment, which I took straightaway and immediately the symptoms are being relieved. From enquiry to examination took less than 90 minutes. What a great service.

Dr Mitchell has been supportive in every aspect of my care. After the birth of my Daughter I had multiple infections and Dr Mitchell was quick to support the nurses and offer advice regarding the best course of action for my treatment. The team at the Galletly Practice work together so well and Dr Mitchell does not hesitate to drop everything to support the other staff and patients. I am so grateful for her help and advice.

What a refreshing and understanding Doctor, Doctor Mitchell is. Definitely, the best and most understanding Doctor I have ever spoken to regarding Women’s Health. I literally felt like I had found someone that was completely on my wave length and who understood my desire to address my medical needs in the most effective way to me personally, rather than as a case study in some medical journal. My appointment by the way, was completely over the phone and took place about seven months ago. I hadn’t realised I could leave feed back on this site.
